Vadim Petrov, MD received his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He then went to the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas to complete his residency in anesthesiology, followed by an ACGME-accredited multidisciplinary fellowship in interventional pain management. Dr. Petrov is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. Dr. Petrov is devoted to providing his patients with compassionate care and exceptional treatment.

Deeran Patel, MD is from Rincon, GA and a graduate of The University of Georgia. He obtained his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia. He then went on to complete anesthesiology residency at Brown University and interventional pain fellowship at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. During his medical training he was honored with the Outstanding Clinical Achievement Award in Anesthesiology and voted Carol A. Warfield Pain Management Fellow of the Year. Dr. Patel is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine by the ABA. Dr. Patel believes that pain is a complex issue that requires a personalized treatment plan unique to each patient. He is committed to helping patients achieve a better quality of life by reducing pain and improving function.

Richard Gieck, PA is a retired US Army veteran who attended the Interservice Physician Assistant Program. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in December 2006 and a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in December 2007. After graduation He worked in many different roles such as Battalion Aid Station Physician Assistant, Flight Surgeon and Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant. Richard specialized in Emergency Medicine and graduated from Baylor University in 2013 with a Doctorate Degree in Science in Physician Assistant Emergency Medicine Studies. Richard is board certified by the NCCPA, a member of the Society for Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, a national leadership honor society.

Wendy Register, FNP-C graduated from Middle Georgia College in Cochran, GA with Associate of Nursing Degree in June of 2008. As a nurse, she has worked in Emergency Medicine, Long-term Care and Dialysis. She continued her studies at South University in Savannah, GA graduating with a Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing in June 2017. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her background includes Interventional Pain Medicine and Correctional Healthcare. Wendy Register, FNP-C desires to provide professional and compassionate care to everyone within her care.
